About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE mortgage products, banking policies, and lending criteria, with the ability to guide both residents and non-residents through the complete home loan process.

This role is client-facing and requires excellent communication, documentation handling, and negotiation skills to secure the best mortgage solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on available mortgage options, eligibility criteria, and bank requirements.

• Handle mortgage cases for UAE residents and non-residents (international buyers).

• Conduct detailed financial assessments to match clients with suitable lending institutions.

• Prepare and manage application documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with partner banks, relationship managers, valuers, and developers.

• Negotiate competitive mortgage rates and terms on behalf of clients.

• Manage the complete loan cycle: pre-approval, processing, valuation, final offer, and disbursement.

• Maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, and referral partners.

• Achieve monthly targets related to mortgage submissions and conversions.

• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication at each stage.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Loan Consultant, or similar role in UAE.

• Strong understanding of UAE mortgage regulations, banks’ policies, and lending criteria.

• Experience working with non-resident/expat clients is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).

• Proven track record of closing mortgage cases.

• Strong network with UAE banks and real estate developers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
