Minassat Al Etemad is a fast-growing mortgage consultancy in Dubai that assists residents and non-residents in securing home loans across leading UAE banks. We offer transparent, client-first service, zero consultancy fees, and end-to-end mortgage support. As our operations expand, we are hiring a Back Office Executive to strengthen our internal process management and deliver a seamless experience to clients and partner banks.


Role Overview

The Back Office Executive plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination between clients, mortgage advisors, and banking partners. This is a non-customer-facing role ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with documentation and administrative tasks.

Freshers can apply — full training on mortgage processes and documentation will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Data Management

  • Collect, verify, and organize client documents required for mortgage applications.

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical files for all cases.

  • Check document completeness and inform advisors of missing paperwork.

  • Ensure secure handling and confidentiality of client information.

2. CRM & Reporting Tasks

  • Update client details, case status, and progress in the CRM system.

  • Generate daily and weekly reports for management.

  • Track application status with banks and record updates.

3. Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Coordinate internally with mortgage advisors for case updates and requirements.

  • Communicate via email with partner banks regarding documentation, valuations, and approvals.

  • Assist the operations team in preparing files for pre-approval and final approval submission.

4. Process Support

  • Monitor pending cases and ensure timely follow-up.

  • Help streamline processes to improve efficiency across departments.

  • Support management in ad-hoc administrative tasks.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.

  • Freshers can apply; back office experience is a plus.

  • Experience in real estate or banking documentation is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills Required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, document handling).

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple cases at once.

  • Good communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus).

  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
