About the Position
This role focuses on handling incoming leads from social media campaigns, website traffic, WhatsApp, and referral channels. You will qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate Mortgage Advisor.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to new leads generated daily.

Convert raw leads into qualified appointments.

Explain the basic mortgage process, interest rates, and required documents.

Maintain high-quality call standards and follow scripts where needed.

Update CRM records with accurate call notes.

Work closely with the sales and mortgage advisory team to improve lead conversion rates.
Requirements

Clear communication skills

Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day

Basic computer and CRM handling skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
