About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to assist our Mortgage Advisors in lead handling, client coordination, and documentation. This is an excellent entry-level sales opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Dubai’s real estate and mortgage sector.


Job Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients who show interest in home loans or Dubai property financing.

  • Understand client profiles and explain how Minassat Al Etemad can support their mortgage journey.

  • Assist mortgage consultants in gathering required documents.

  • Record client details in the CRM system accurately.

  • Follow up with clients regularly to update them on new offers, loan rates, and eligibility status.

  • Coordinate with partner banks to track application progress.

  • Meet monthly performance goals (lead conversions, appointments booked, etc.)


Requirements

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients easily.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

  • Good presentation skills.

  • Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome.
