About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to assist our Mortgage Advisors in lead handling, client coordination, and documentation. This is an excellent entry-level sales opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Dubai’s real estate and mortgage sector.
Job Responsibilities

Contact potential clients who show interest in home loans or Dubai property financing.

Understand client profiles and explain how Minassat Al Etemad can support their mortgage journey.

Assist mortgage consultants in gathering required documents.

Record client details in the CRM system accurately.

Follow up with clients regularly to update them on new offers, loan rates, and eligibility status.

Coordinate with partner banks to track application progress.

Meet monthly performance goals (lead conversions, appointments booked, etc.)
Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients easily.

Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

Good presentation skills.

Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are welcome.
